Return and Refund Policy

Cuffsmith is operated by TELOS TRADING LIMITED. We want you to love your order. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or alteration are not eligible.

How to start a return: Email us at tradetuan@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size or style, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange it, subject to availability.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
