Shipping Policy

Cuffsmith orders are fulfilled by TELOS TRADING LIMITED.

Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping methods and delivery time: We ship worldwide with tracked international courier and postal services. Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates; customs clearance and carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs, duties and taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility.

Order tracking: Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect address: Please check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
